The Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean is the organiser for the "Surfing Through the World Heritage Cities of the Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean".

Objectives of the competition
To inform European citizens, and people from all over the world, about the wealth of the World Heritage Cities from Southern Europe/Mediterranean, as well as informing them about the work carried out by the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC) in favour of the preservation of the heritage.

Rules
Participants shall fill in a form that can be found at the Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean web site www.ciudadespatrimonio.eu. They also shall answer correctly a questionnaire about the OWHC and the cities adhered to the Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe/Mediterranean.

How to get the prize
A draw will be made with all forms that have been correctly answered. The results will be published on the following websites: www.ciudadespatrimonio.eu y www.ciudadespatrimonio.eu. Only one form per participant will be valid.

Those forms, answered correctly but created by automated systems (massive sending) or by special websites that spread information about Internet competitions, will be automatically discarded.

Dates
The contest will end on 31st July 2008 at 24:00 hours.

All data will be confidential and protected according to the Spanish Organic Law for the protection of personal information (L.O.P.D. 15/1999, 13th December). Data will be destroyed once the competition is over.
