The presentation of the interim report in the plenary of the World Congress in Quito was a resounding success thanks to the commitment of the contributing cities and to the work of the Steering Committee coordinated by the City of Lyon.

This work of the exchange of know-how and the transfer of experience has developed a dynamic within the Organization that should be continued until the next World Congress in Sintra (Portugal) in 2011.
