As the Secretary General of the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC), I wish to inform you of the departure of Mr. Gabriel Lacroix-Dufour and the arrival of Mr. Xavier Turcotte Savoie.

Mr. Lacroix-Dufour worked with the OWHC for the past three years and is looking for new professional challenges with the Québec public service. We wish him the best of luck.

As for Mr. Turcotte Savoie, he joined the OWHC yesterday as Programs Administrator and will take over Mr. Lacroix-Dufour’s former files.

Congratulations to Messrs. Lacroix-Dufour and Turcotte-Savoie.
