Our sincere congratulations to mister Jorge Castro (vice-president and treasurer of the OVPM) for its re-election in the Valparaíso (Chile) city hall. Valparaíso is the first port  and the second city of Chile, and its historic center was declared Cultural heritage of the Humanity by the UNESCO in 2003.
