The XII World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities will take place in Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico, from 19 to 22 November 2013. At the occasion of this great international gathering, undreds of participants from as many World Heritage Cities will tackle the theme “Heritage Cities, Sustainable Cities”.
