OWHC’s Board of Directors 2013-2015: congratulations to the elected!

Oaxaca de Juárez (Mexico), November 22, 2013 – During the XII World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC), while the member cities of the organization were in a General Assembly, mayors and official representatives voted to elect the new OWHC’s Board of Directors.
