2^ND YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHER´S COMPETITION ON WORLD HERITAGE CITIES

The 2^nd Young photographer´s competition is being organized within the framework of the 2014 Action Plan drawn up by the Southern Europe and Mediterranean Regional Secretariat of the OWHC, according to the agreement adopted in the 13th Regional Conference which was celebrated on November 22th, 2013, in Oaxaca (México)

The contest is aimed at young people between 10 and 16 years (borned between 1998-2004) who through his photographs showing the elements that led to the declaration of World Heritage cities that make up our Regional Secretariat: Alcalá de Henares, Angra do Heroísmo, Aranjuez, Baeza, Bordeaux, Cáceres, Cidade Velha, Città del Vaticano, Córdoba, Ejmiatsin, Elvas, Évora, Granada, Guimarâes, Ibiza (Eivissa), Kotor, Le Havre, Lyon, Mostar, Nancy, Oviedo, Porto, Provins, Qúebec, Rhodes, Santiago de Compostela, Segovia, Sintra, Strasbourg, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Úbeda and Wien.

The novelty of this second edition is that it is open to both residents and visitors youth of our cities. Besides, entrants are entitled to submit a maximum of 3 original photographs each. It is necessary to fill out a form. The contestant will receive a confirmation email.
