The Regional Secretariat Northwest Europe of the OWHC (Organization of World Heritage Cities) invites its member cities to participate in a photo competition under the title “Colours of World Heritage”. Launched September 8^th , the Solidarity Day of World Heritage Cities, the competition will be open until November 15^th 2015. Photographs of residents as well as guests of our World Heritage Cities are welcome, showing the colourful side of historical buildings, of heritage sites and their inhabitants.

More information about the Terms & Conditions and the registration will be available from September 8th on under www.ovpm.org/en/Colours_of_World_Heritage. Per participant a maximum of three pictures is allowed, professional photographers are excluded from the competition.

On the first level, the participating cities choose their local winning photo and award it. After Nov. 30, the Regional Secretariat will invite an international jury of the OWHC to award the overall winner of all participating cities and award it with a prize money of EURO 700.

The Regional Secretariat of OWHC hopes for many joining cities and invites everybody to go out, take that picture, and participate!
