The 13th World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities has ended with the adoption of a resolution of 18 points about Urban Resilience. This resolution is the result of the synthesis of two key moments of the congress: the Scientific Day and the Mayors’ Workshop.

Its authors are: Joseph King, Director of the Site Unit, ICCROM, Kerstin Manz, World Heritage Consultant and Matthias Ripp, World Heritage Coordinator of the Planning and Building Division of the city of Regensburg (Germany) with contributions from Jerry Velasquez, Chief of the Advocacy and Outreach Section of UNISDR.
