The Regional Secretariat Northwest Europe and North America, together with the welcoming City of Stralsund, invites its members and all interested cities (mayors as well as professionals in the World Heritage field) to attend the 2016 OWHC Regional Conference, focusing on the theme of “Heritage and Community Involvement”. It will take place  September 27^th – 29^th 2016 in the Hanseatic town of Stralsund in Northern Germany.

We plan a manifold programme, introducing you to our hosting city Stralsund, but also having several intense thematic workshops to deepen the knowledge about “Community Involvement”. Our member cities will have the opportunity to present their practical experience on the topic and we can all profit from each other in our OWHC network.
