On behalf of the Secretary General of the OWHC, Mr. Denis Ricard, and the staff of the General Secretariat of the OWHC, we wish to express our deepest solidarity with the people of the Caribbean who have suffered in the past few days of hurricane Irma and the Mexican people who suffered from the earthquake force 8.1.

We unite as one voice to express our deepest condolences to the people of the Caribbean and Mexican cities. All our positive thoughts are turned towards the survivors of these disasters.
