A working session of the OWHC was held in Bruges on January 29 between the Secretary General Mr. Denis Ricard, his successor Mr. Robert Quarles van Ufford and Ms. Minou Esquenet, Alderman for environmental policy, smart city and facility management, representative of the Burgomaster of Bruges and vice-president treasurer of the OWHC, Mr. Dirk De fauw. The main objective of the meeting was to present the overall financial situation of the OWHC.
