It was with sadness that the General Secretariat learned of the passing of Paul Helminger, the former Mayor of Luxembourg and member of the OWHC Board of Directors from 1999 to 2003. His contribution to the OWHC throughout his tenure was pivotal to the advancement of the objectives of the Organization. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, a member of which – his daughter-in-law, Shaaf Milani-Nia – is the representative to the OWHC Board of Directors of the current Mayor of Luxembourg, Lydie Polfer.
