The 16^th World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC) was held in Québec City, Canada, from September 6 to 9, 2022. The theme of the Congress was “Enhancing Livability in World Heritage Cities.” The event mainly comprised the 25^th General Assembly of the OWHC and the Symposium entitled Working together towards a new urban project.
