The roadmap guided the meeting

On 29 and 30 March, a Project Meeting of the Regional Secretariat for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean of the OWHC was held in Angra do Heroísmo. We reviewed the degree of implementation and conclusions of the Projects we have been working on in recent years (Arts and Crafts, Education and Culture, and Quality of Life in Historic Centres) and we discussed the QUEBEC ROADMAP that will centralise our work in the future.

We are grateful for the welcome and magnificent organisation of the Municipal Chamber of Angra do Heroísmo with its President José Gabriel do Álamo Meneses at the head and its municipal team with Paulo Lima and Helena Costa.
Twenty representatives from the cities of Angra do Heroísmo, Elvas, Evora, Guimaraês, Porto, Cidade Velha, Bordeaux, Bruxelles, Marrakech, Aranjuez, Granada and Córdoba attended. And we were honoured to be joined by the Secretary General of the OWHC, Mikhaël de Thysse.

The next meeting is scheduled for 5-6 July in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
