The Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC) has been awarded a grant from the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie (Ministry of International Relations and Francophonie) in the amount of one hundred and forty-eight thousand dollars for the financial years 2023-2026. This grant, awarded as part of the Quebec government’s policy for hosting international organizations, supports the implementation of our Québec Roadmap.

Since 1998, the Québec government has provided financial support to the OWHC, enabling it to pursue its essential role of promoting world heritage internationally and contributing to the prestige of the Historic District of Old Québec, the only urban site among Québec’s three World Heritage sites.
