In the framework of the Loyalty Reward Program, the OWHC General Secretariat is offering a financial contribution to members who need it to ensure their presence at the 17^th World Congress in Cordoba (Spain), which will be held from September 24 to 27, 2024.

In accordance with the Organization’s principles of solidarity, the Loyalty Reward Program is designed to encourage and facilitate the participation of cities that do not have the necessary resources to cover part of their travel or accommodation expenses in Cordoba. Priority will also be given to cities that have participated in the Québec Roadmap.

To submit your application, your city must:

• Have been a member in good standing for the years of 2022, 2023 and 2024
• Have taken all the necessary steps to obtain a visa to enter Spain, when one is required

Requests for financial support must be sent to the General Secretariat – [email protected] – no later than August 15, 2024, in order to ensure that applications are processed before the final registration date to the congress (September 13, 2024). Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received by the General Secretariat, so please send your application as soon as possible.
