The 28th meeting of the Board of Directors of the OWHC was held in Lyon, France, 30 and 31 March 2010.  During the meeting, several topics of interest were discussed, particularly with respect to the development of new programs of the OWHC.  More than ever, the dynamism of the Board of Directors and the quality of their involvement could not better reflect the vibrancy of the OWHC.
