On February 19, 2014, during his visit to Arequipa, in Peru, the secretary general of the OWHC, Mr. Denis Ricard, presented the official flag of the Organization for the holding of the 2015 World Congress.

In addition to Mr. Ricard, the formal delegation of the OWHC was made up of Ms. Lee Minaidis, deputy secretary general, and Ms. Paulina Kaplan Depolo, regional coordinator for the Regional Secretariat of Latin America and the Caribbean.

The three representatives of the OWHC met all the local authorities present in Arequipa and also took the opportunity to note the effervescence of the local community regarding the next World Congress.
