The Secretary General of the OWHC, Denis Ricard, took the opportunity during his family holiday in Bulgaria to visit  Nessebar and  to meet the Mayor, Mr. Nikolay. Dimitrov.

Nessebar has been a member in good standing of the OWHC since the inception of our Organization.  Bulgaria in general and more particularly Nessebar are wonders to discover: a country of mountains and sea,  a history that goes back to the Thracians and beyond, Nessebar a town of exceptional beauty  with a vibrant,  rich heritage of its own,  of culinary traditions to savour … in short,  an exceptional country and  town.
