The Regional Secretariat for Northwest Europe and North America edited in 2019 a wonderful collection of World Heritage recipes. This little cookbook presents the World Heritge sites of the regional member cities, but also its “intangible” heritage, the delicious local food in all its variety.

In time for September 8th, the International Solidarity Day of World Heritage Cities, this book has been edited in German language and will be printed in several member cities. An online version is of course also available. Please find both versions here:
