Leticia Sanches, Urban Heritage Projects Officer

We are pleased to introduce to you our Urban Heritage Projects Officer, Ms. Leticia Sanches. Leticia is an architect and urbanist specialized in cultural heritage, with over five years of work experience in interdisciplinary fields in cooperation with regional, national and international organizations, including the UNESCO World Heritage Centre. Leticia has been collaborating with the OWHC on matters related to Cultural Heritage affairs since July 2021, and has officially joined the General Secretariat’s team in Quebec City on February 2022.

Franck Agbenu, Communication and Visibility Project Officer

We are pleased to introduce our new Communication and Visibility Project Officer, Mr. Franck Agbenu. On the verge of completing his bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations, he also holds a minor in Law. Prior to joining our team, he held positions as a communications officer, community manager and content creator with community organizations and small businesses. At the OWHC, Franck is responsible for the research and creation of innovative content on social media platforms and other communication tools. He is also in charge of managing communication projects and programs.
