The 3 strategic axes and 9 operational objectives, that resulted from the consultation process of Steps 1 and 2, have been validated by the Panel of Mayors on 16 June 2022 during a virtual meeting chaired by the Mayor of Quebec City, Mr. Bruno Marchand.

During the Step 3 the experts are invited to propose concrete and targeted actions that they believe would best implement the defined common objectives in order to attend to the major global urban challenges caused by climate, economic and social changes.

The proposals for actions in the field are not yet “projects” in the strict sense of the word, but they should define the contours and guide the work that will be carried out as part of the first stages of the “Quebec City Roadmap”.

The General Secretariat invites experts to submit their action proposals via email, by July 15, 2022.
