Represented by its mayor and elected officials, the city of Harar Jugol, Ethiopia, has formally confirmed its desire to join our worldwide network during a visit to the OWHC headquarters in Quebec City.

Thanks to this signature, Harar Jugol is now a member in good standing of the Organization of World Heritage Cities and clearly expresses its commitment to the protection of World Heritage and its contribution to the emergence of new urban development projects.
