The General Secretariat would like to thank the cities of Cuenca (Ecuador) and Dubrovnik (Croatia) for their “voluntary contributions” in 2023, as well as the cities of Evora (Portugal), Quebec (Canada), Warsaw (Poland) and Visby (Sweden) for their support in this initiative to provide additional financial resources for the implementation of the OWHC’s activities.

According to the legal possibilities in each city, and on budget availability, “voluntary contributions” can be a source of diversification for the Organization’s income.

At the instigation of the Board of Directors, other sources are currently being explored.
