CHARTER Alliance presents the 8 education and training pathways and curricula for the future of cultural heritage

The Erasmus+ funded project launches one of its most significant reports addressing eight specific segments of heritage where new curricula should be developed or existing curricula should re-adapted considering future needs and challenges of the sector.
In the format of guidelines, this report outlines each education and training pathway presenting its justification and context of the proposal; samples of occupations and professional profiles deriving from them; specific key structural elements including learning outcomes, heritage function covered, education and training (E&T) sector targeted, EQF level, trainer/educator profile; and curricula outlines detailing the practical potential application.
This new result constitutes a major achievement of the project, looking to provide a ready-to-use materials for E&T institutions at large, as well as the sector as a whole, as it pinpoints the future professional profiles heritage will require to ensure a long-lasting and sustainable future.
