Members of the OWHC Board of Directors 2024-2026
The Board of Directors is composed of eight (8) Mayors from eight (8) member cities in good standing, elected by the General Assembly every two years at the OWHC World Congresses. The President of the Organization is elected from the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall meet at least once (1) a year and shall ensure the execution of the decisions of the Members taken at the General Assembly, whose powers it shall exercise by delegation. In general, it shall have the power to take all actions necessary for the administration of the Organization and the achievement of its objectives.
