Action Plan - Organization of World Heritage Cities

The OWHC’s Action Plan is adopted every two years by the General Assembly.

The Strategy 2021-2025 focuses the Organization’s actions towards strengthening its political dimension and developing its operational tools. The goal is to better respond to the needs of the members in terms of assistance and support.
