Composition of the General Secretariat
The General Secretariat is composed of the Secretary General of the OWHC, elected by the General Assembly, and of the administrative and technical staff necessary for the proper functioning of the Organization. The Secretary General is responsible for the execution of the mandates voted by the members and the decisions of the Board of Directors, for the day-to-day administration and, in general, for the implementation of the activities of the OWHC.
