In view of the OWHC’s Strategy 2021-2025, delegations from member cities in good standing are invited to participate in large numbers in the Organization’s 27^th General Assembly, to be held in Cordoba (Spain) as part of the 17^th World Congress, from September 24 to 27, 2024.

This crucial moment in the democratic life of the Organization will elect the 8 members of the Board of Directors for the next two years, as well as the host city for the 18^th World Congress in 2026. The adoption of the 2024-2026 Action Plan and its budget will aim to consolidate the mobilization of members in order to continue the reinforcement, already well underway, of the political scope and operational capacities of the OWHC. Members will also be able to express their views on the creation of new opportunities to forge partnerships with key international players.

All practical information concerning registration for the General Assembly, the launch of calls for candidatures, and consultation on the proposed agenda will be circulated from May onwards.
